Our Mission
The Fox Valley Homeowners Confederation is a non-profit resource for condominium, townhome, and single family homeowners association volunteers and managers to exchange ideas, get questions answered, and find reliable service providers. We serve community associations throughout the Fox River Valley, including those in Elgin, South Elgin, St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, North Aurora, Aurora, Oswego, Yorkville, and Sugar Grove. We are always looking for new members and volunteers to make our organization flourish.

Association Memberships are $10 and open to any association that is interested. We are always looking for new members and volunteers to make our organization, and our common interest communities, flourish. Corporate Annual Memberships are also available to service providers for $200.
Please join us at the Corner Bakery in Geneva in the Geneva Commons on Randall Road for our regular board meetings on the first Friday of each month.
